What happens if my order is below HKD 1,000?
Orders below HKD 1,000 are delivered via SF Express. The delivery charge is set by the courier and paid by the customer upon delivery, based on their standard rates.
Who handles delivery and how are shipping fees calculated?
All Hong Kong deliveries are handled by SF Express. Orders of HKD 1,000 or above ship free. For smaller orders, SF Express charges its standard delivery fee, collected from you at the point of delivery.
Can you deliver to multiple Hong Kong addresses?
Yes — we can arrange deliveries to multiple Hong Kong addresses for corporate and bulk orders.
Do you offer personalisation or gift notes?
